Customized Massage Therapy

I like to create a relaxing and therapeutic massage that promotes health and a sense of well being through the quality of touch. Every person and every body is different. I try to tailor each massage to meet my clients needs by using a range of light to deep pressure depending on your preferences.

I specialize in traditional Swedish massage with trigger point therapy and like to incorporate heated basalt stones. I use hot packs and end each session with heated towels and essential oils.
